Terms of Sales
If the product description and specifics are incorrect due to our mistake, the parts will be refunded at 100%. The customer is fully responsible for ensuring that the parts that are ordered through our website are compatible with the machine before installing on a machine. We are not responsible for parts that are installed incorrectly, do not fit at 100%, or damaged before installation, or damaged during installation. The customer is responsible for inspecting parts upon arrival and before installation, to ensure they are in good condition. In the event, the parts have not arrived in satisfactory condition, or they do not meet customers expectations, we will gladly accept refund requests. We will require the parts to be returned, and upon receiving the returned parts, we will issue a full refund. If any concerns or questions arise with the parts we provide, the customer will be required to contact us via email. We will need an order number, pictures of the original part(s) from your machine, and a picture of the part(s) you received from us, with an explanation of the problem. We will respond within 24 hours.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped out as per shipping selection. We ship our orders within 24 hrs of payment validation. Orders are shipped with Canada Post / USPS or FedEx. We will provide you with a tracking number that will allow you to track the day it left our warehouse and ETA of your shipment. You will need to track your shipment on the Canada post website / USPS or FedEx. International orders may be subject to additional shipping fees, such as duties, customs, and broker fees that will be the responsibility of the customer. All orders are shipped from Canada. Shipping delays may be made by the shipping company. We are not responsible for any shipment delays made by the carrier for any reason. To ensure that your order arrives promptly ensure that your shipping information is correct. If the customer provides an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for shipping cost.The buyer is responsible for following the package with the tracking number and make sure it will be received by them. We will not cover any package lost if the tracking information shows as delivered. The buyer is responsible for making sure they provide an address where the package will be safely delivered. We will not refund any package lost or reship a lost package if the package shows as delivered. We do offer signature requests if needed. Please send us an email, and we will send you a manual invoice for the fee incurred.
Privacy & Security
When registering we ask for your name, email address and password. When ordering, we ask for your name, mailing address, and phone number. Your personal information is secure and is not provided or accessible to any third party. All credit information you provide is not kept on any Maximum.Parts servers. All credit information is handled by credit card processing company.
Returns & Replacements
To return any items you must obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number within 3 days of receipt of the item. Returns may be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Returned items that are missing parts or damaged will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. All returns must be in the original packaging, original condition, packing slip enclosed in the box and the RMA number must be written on the outside of the box and the packing slip. Returns must be received within 14 days after the RMA number is issued. No returns will be authorized or accepted for electrical components or used parts.
Ordering
We try to keep our inventory availability up to date. 99% of the time, all orders will be fulfilled. In the event an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email. Upon receiving the notification, you need to advise us whether to proceed with the shipment of in-stock items or hold shipment of order until out of stock items become available. If you choose to proceed with the shipment, we will refund you for out of stock item(s), and it will be your responsibility to reorder.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Price is subject to change on a daily basis. The price posted at the time of ordering is not negotiable. If a price is lower at a future date, previous purchases for the same item will not be refunded to match the lower price. Orders using a promotional offer require a discount code. Discount code must be entered in the shopping cart before you proceed to checkout. The promotion will not be honored if you do not enter the discount code.
